From apply to first shift
Do I need my own vehicle to apply?+
No. Odysse provides the Tesla as part of this role. You need a valid TfL PCO driver licence, right to work in the UK, and commitment to a structured schedule.
Is there any rent, deposit, or weekly vehicle cost?+
No. There is no vehicle rent, no deposit, and no weekly direct debit. The Tesla is provided, insured, licensed, and maintained by Odysse.
What happens if it is quiet on the road?+
You are paid for every hour you are online during your scheduled shift, whether with a passenger or not. Base pay is always there, regardless of demand.
Can I use the Tesla outside working hours?+
Reasonable personal use may be allowed outside working hours, subject to Odysse’s Fair Use Policy, which is explained during onboarding.
Can I choose my shifts?+
Your schedule is discussed and agreed in advance. This is a structured role, and the schedule commitment is what allows Odysse to guarantee pay.
Who pays for charging and other work costs?+
Approved work-related costs, including work-related charging, congestion charge, airport fees, and similar operating costs, are covered by Odysse.
How quickly will I hear back after applying?+
We aim to respond to suitable applicants within two business days. If shortlisted, we will arrange a brief interview and explain the full offer before any commitment.
